Wholly Guacamole!
Since our last news update had quite a serious tone, the Cleaning Mate team have decided that our readers deserve something a little more light-hearted.

The other day one of our wonderful team members made some delicious guacamole and we have been having cravings ever since! Guacamole is a dip made with avocado and is a well known and popular Mexican dish. The guacamole we had the other day was just so divine we had to share it with our loyal customers and readers.

Recipe:
Makes: about 2 cups Prep: 5 minutes
1tsp Ground Cumin
1tsp Ground Coriander
2 Ripe Avocado (halved and stone removed. Finely chopped).
1/2 Red onion, finely chopped
1 Birdseye red chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped
1/4 Cup finely chopped fresh coriander
2tbs Lime juice
Corn chips (to serve!)

1. Toast the cumin and ground coriander ii a frying pan over medium heat for 1 minute or until aromatic. Transfer into bowl.
2. Add the avocado and mash until smooth.
3. Add the onion, chili, fresh coriander and lime juice.
4. Stir to combine
5. Season with salt and pepper and serve with corn chips.
