The Cleaning Mate Team posted a news update a little while ago warning our fellow customers friends of this lady. However we were just contacted by another poor business that has been hit by this scammer, proving that she is still at her game!

We were personally contacted by Jackie Toner a while back in regards to advertising. We paid to advertise in her Discount Vouchers and Special Offers brochure to be distributed across Brisbane. However after discussing the business model, and agreeing on terms and conditions and signing the appropriate documents, Jackie suddenly became unreachable and disappeared with our deposit.

We have now been in contact with another business that has been scammed very recently and we are concerned for small businesses in Brisbane that may be the next targets.

Jackie Toner is a middle aged (we guess 30-35yr old) Caucasian female with an oval shaped face and of a slim/fit build. We urge anybody who has had a run in with this lady to approach us. We are in contact with a number of people who have had an experience with this lady and we all want to see an end to this scamming. We do believe there is strength in numbers!

We also want to advise people to be very wary if somebody does not have a proper physical address (such as only giving a PO box for an address).
