Is Carpet Cleaners warehouse over charging small businesses? We have had our machines serviced there multiple times over the years spending hundreds of dollars for them to turn around and harass us over a pending invoice that we weren't aware of totalling to the amount of $220 for our machines to be looked at. Nothing was done to them, we are being charged for them to be looked at even though we paid for other services on the same day if not later on in the week.

This makes us wonder how many other small businesses are taking their machines here and left feeling over charged as well.
