ATO Phone Scam received from this number 03 4309 4129

Cleaning Mate received a call from a man claiming to be from the ATO

Cleaning Mate received a few phone calls with an automated message asking us too call back due to tax evasion or fraud and they provided us with this number 03 4309 4129. We contacted this number and a man answered and said he was from the ATO and he even provided us with a badge ID, he asked for our and details and when we refused to provide them he became annoyed and said we were wasting his time and hung up. If you receive phone calls of this nature please ignore and report them to the ATO by contacting 13 28 61.
