Cleaning Mate started our business from Sherwood in Brisbane and we like to keep up with the businesses that are running in the area. One of our team members has always kept his dental health current with Floss & Gloss. They recently attended an appointment and realised that they had opened another dentist in the same complex and they are sharing the same entrance. We don't believe that this is an ethical way of running a business complex, they are forgetting what is reasonable. There is no law against this currently, but when you sign a contract you are able to ask for a clause to be in place that states only your business can sell a particular product or service. We highly recommend businesses look into their contracts before signing to ensure no problems in the future. Floss & Gloss has been there for more than four years and provides a great service and we are sorry to see this situation.
