Subcontractor (Ugyon Wangdi Family Trust) Dismissal Cleaning Mate found out subcontractor was stealing extra money from our clients

Subcontractor Dismissal
Cleaning Mate is regretful to write that one of our long time sub-contractors Ugyen Wangdi has been stealing money from our company. He has been taking extra money from customers and not informing the office or handing that money over. This has been brought to our attention after several customers complained that the amount shown on their receipt does not match the total amount paid on the day.

When Ugyen was asked about it, he denied all allegations about taking extra money on the side, even when we had proof. He was a hard worker, and that is it why it was surprising and unfortunate to find out that he had been stealing from the company. He was let go yesterday as this behavior is not tolerated under any circumstances from Cleaning Mate team members.

He is no longer associated in any manner to Cleaning Mate and if you deal with him, Cleaning Mate will not be held responsible in anyway.
