Is OzStickerPrinting misleading consumers? Stay away!

Cleaning Mate recently discovered that www.ozstickerprinting.com is not only a non-Australian company but they are actually operating under a fake Australian address which we believe is misleading to potential consumers and according to the ACCC is actually illegal. We recently contacted this company to organize for some promotional stickers to be printed for Cleaning Mate but when we asked for a tax invoice with their business name and ABN on it (so we can claim our GST return that we are legally entitled to) they said that they did not offer any other kind of invoice other than a PayPal receipt. We found this to be suspicious as all Australian businesses should be able to provide a receipt.

After some probing we discovered that they have do not have any presence in Australia at all nor are they a registered Australian business. On their website and advertisements they have an Australian (NSW) address listed, an Australian phone number and even an Australian Flag in their logo. We find this to be hugely misleading as it creates the false impression that they are are a trustworthy, registered, Aussie business. We have also contacted the real residents of the their false address who had no idea that their business address was being used as part of this scam. The ACCC have been contacted and we will keep you updated.
